Catherine Schenk co-presented a paper with Robert N. McCauley on Hong Kong SAR as part of the Small Open Economies panel at a conference organised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Bank for International Settlements
The conference brought together central bank Governors, senior officials, leading academics and other researchers to discuss how to use macro-financial stability policy to safeguard financial stability and mitigate the impact of international spillovers.
